Additional champion ability for Little Prince's Guardian

For the new champion, I think the CR dev can add another champion ability for the guardian for 1 elixir. So that ability basically allows the guardian to swing in a circle (Like valkyrie) when you activate the second ability. Adding this mechanic also allow gameplay to be more fair other wise we might see two guardians on the battlefield the same time regardless of its 30 seconds cooldown.
