Not sure if my 3 year old is wheezing

I know because of the climate change a lot of things going around in the air my daughter came from school coughing, she started school early this year Jan and she is always coming home sick fast forward she got admitted in June this year and was diagnosed with asthma and was treated what I wanted to know if I have to take her and just refill her asthma medication and treat her at home because of the health care where I’m from its takes forever for the kids to be treated and even when you go to a private doctor u still end up there cause it is the main hospital for kids 😔😔😔should I take her or refill ? Help !
