Optimal charge regimen?

New 2023 MY AWD over here ✋🏻 - charging with a Mobile connector at home in an open 220v outlet we have in the garage.

What’s the right frequency to charge to optimize battery life? I feel like I’ve read advice to keep it plugged in unless you’re driving, but I’ve also read that you want to ideally limit charge cycles. Which is true?

Commute is about 70 miles a day so not really needed to charge up every day.
