Apply now to WashU with 173 LSAT and redacted GPA, or wait in case of higher score after November LSAT?

LSData shows people getting in this year with 173 LSATs, but none with redacted/low GPA. My last practice LSAT was a 180. First test was 172, second was 173. WashU has in the past had a very clear defining line for below-median LSATs
