Mini-pcs nodes for esxi cluster and vsan as homelab

I am currently using an old Dell PE R730 for a single host ESXi 7.x homelab server for running VMs. I want to move to something a little less power hunger and add ability possibly runing 2/3 nodes with vsan. I am wondering what folks thought about buying these Minisforum NPB6 i7-13620H with 64GB ram and 2TB NVMe drives. Does anyone know if I could get VSAN working with those. I would use one 2.5gbe nic on a dedicated unmanaged 2.5gb switch for vsan, vmotion traffic. The vsan would use the NVMe drives and esxi would use the SATA ssd slot. That is the idea anyway.
