Sneezing and coughing

I think I’m getting better and then I sneeze or cough and my pin goes through the ROOF. Currently cannot make dinner because I can’t move.

This stupid spine surgery consult cannot come soon enough. It’s two weeks away and it’s been over two months of this BS
