Things still not right 2 rehearsals before show

My amateur dramatics group is doing a show in 5 days time, with only two rehearsals left. Our leading man keeps forgetting his lyrics, the others keep forgetting lines and we are still having notes written about our harmonies and dance moves. We don't even have 50% of the tickets sold and everyone just seems to be winging it. This show is worrying me. It's my first show with this company and nothing is organised. We keep going over and over the same bits and the director still isn't happy with it.

Has anyone had any experience with this situation and how did it turn out in the end?
