Lenovo T450s stopped booting. Failed SSD. Recoverable?

I pulled the SSD from the system and put it into a USB enclosure. It shows up in disk management as "unknown" needs to be initialized. Any chance of recovery? Who do I send it to?

Model: ADATA Premier SP600 256GB ASP600NS34-256GM-C Age: 7 Years of light duty service (System only used 4-6 days per month for a limited amount of time)
