Help ..........

I took Ts as a lotion i used it for like 2 months in my scalp (i have seb derm) and after that i stopped completely and i have been noticing itching, burning and redness so i decided to take it again and taper it off so i used it 4 times 1st week and 3 second week and third week 2 times And fourth week 2 times and i am planning to use it 1 more time in fifth week and yeah everything seems to be good since i took it again after the 5th week i will stop it completely is that good? I didnt take it too long i guess please any advice will be helpful i have been living a nightmare and even couldnt sleep
