Looking at my first miata

I’m going to buy my first miata on Saturday. It’s a 1991 brg se(still unsure whether it’s a short or long nose crank)with matching hardtop, the post said it needs a little bit of body work so I asked what exactly it needs and she said all it needs is a paint job, no rust that she knows of and it runs and drives how it should. Is this worth 5k(cad)? It’s a 5 speed manual, no soft top.
