Spectrum Internet upgrade

Legacy TWC ELP plan. Bill jump from $15 to $20 and to $25. Recent bill statement says here spectrum 100 upgrade. The ELP we have been receiving is removed permanently, told them via chatbox if it were optional. They said no. So now our bill comes to $60. We get a $30 discount and $5 adj. Still same bill but I'm wondering what else should we be aware for. Like if these discounts will fall off in the future..
