How to pass when you’ve barley passed every medical school class

I barley passed every class in med school, so my beginning foundation isn’t that great. Going through first aid is like reading Latin, I’m not understanding half of it & I’m not retaining anything from AnKing deck so I’m unsure how should I start studying. I started doing practice questions and I’m getting 33% averages. Planning on taking it in May and I’m scared of failing, does anyone have experience being at the bottom of their class but successfully passed step 1? Not looking to be judged, I know my weaknesses 🫠 thank you in advance !
