Do instars always have a mark pattern of digested blood that’s the same?

I assumed that the dark marks in an instar’s body are digested blood which would get smaller until it’s all digested - but several pics online show different patterns in different instars. For example a line at 3rd va a dot at 5th. Is this a thing of significance like a way to tell which instar is which?
