Do you think it's good to use AI tools to your school works?

I use ChatGpt in my school works. I don't use like a some people to quickly get an output (but sometimes I use it like that when I dont have a lot of time, sorry). I use AI tools to quickly get a lot of ideas in a specific topics and I also use to fix my shitty grammar in my essay. like I use chatgpt to get research title ideas. I still read all of the suggested research titles if it's possible to do that research and if it's going to be useful in my school. same thing if I want ChatGPT to fix my essay I still read it to see if it still have my idea in the essay.

What do you think about the Use of AI in School works? Do you think its good or bad? Should I keep on using AI tools like this or Should I stop? I just want to know some of your opinions about it.
