Favorite Houston Roaster?

Hello all. I just jumped into the espresso game a few months ago, and am really (obsessively) enjoying trying out a lot of different beans and dialing in the best shot I can with each. I'm using a Niche Zero and DF64V for grinders and Flair 58+ machine.

I'm in Houston, Texas, and have tried: Blendin, Luce, Xela and Tenfold. I was wondering what other local roasters or coffee been vendors other Houstonians favor. Thanks in advance!
