hi it’s me again, i took two tests today at the same time, both negative. but i’m still paranoid i’m pregnant. need some reassurance

i had (protected) sex the day after my period, september 24. we used a condom but i have still been stressing really bad about being pregnant because i’m not mentally or physically ready to carry a baby right now. i took two tests today and they both showed negative but now i’ve been worried that my pee was diluted and they were false negatives. i waited the full time for both and there was absolutely no faint line on either so i’m sure i’m fine but i need some reassurance. its making my anxiety go through the roof
