Very best glue/adhesive for PT lumber that is not fully dry?

I have a bunch treated 1x4 lumber that will have butt joints made using a short piece of 1x4 as the glued connector/backing. The joint will need to be strong AND flexible as some joined boards will be bent slightly along a wide radius. I’ve spent a good amount of time researching which adhesive will basically be the best option, and it sounds like a polyurethane glue or adhesive will work for this, especially since a lot of the PT will still be wet when applying it. I’m wondering what brand and type is the VERY best? Loctite PL something? Some type of poly gorilla glue? Gator construction adhesive? Something Dep makes?

Any advice on the exact brand and type of glue/adhesive preferred for this would be greatly appreciated.
