My 9mo hates sleep?

My 9mo hates sleep, to the point where if she can help it, she will not sleep at all. It started with her thrusting her hips when she layed down so the jolt would keep her awake, but got to tired for that, and started kicking her feet to stay awake. Next, she would bang her head on either mine or her mother's chest, then started pulling her own hair, and now she refuses a bottle because she knows it makes her sleepy. This has been going on for months and I am genuinely starting to worry. Neither me or her mother ever had sleep problems as babies, so we are super confused and stressed. Please help, I don't know what to do anymore. We are pretty sure she has autism and ADHD because we both have both and she shows all the signs. No official diagnosis because she isn't even a year old yet
