Looking for a KamiJirou fanfic

I'm looking for a kamijirou fanfic that I read about a year ago but can't find. The general summary is that jirou goes out skateboarding, gets approached by some dude and his quirk means he can get anyone to do what he tells them to. She doesn't know this and he sells her weed, she gets addicted amd keeps on going back, he tells her to commt sucide and kaminari finds her almost dead
