Looking for tall designer dress clothes for work. Burberry, LV, Gucci, etc.

I see a lot of the posts are predominately streetwear, but I'm wondering if there's any source for some nice work clothes?

Ralph Lauren Polos Burberry scarves/coats Some red bottom shoes

Also strongest thing against me right now, I wear tall shirts with a:

~130cm chest ~94cm sleeve ~94cm length

Would appreciate any help 😁
