Was this lucid dreaming?

I don't remember when the dream started and I think I forgot some of the beginning but the first thing I remember was masturbating in a small room with couches, I was in the middle. Like 20 people walked in and sat on the couches while I was masturbating. For some reason I knew they were looking for a bad person, and the bad person was a woman in red. Everyone else was grey. Idk if they could see she was red or not, but I could.

So, I swear I was masturbating for what felt like 25-30 minutes, I just couldn't cum. I kept hearing a cat meow but there was no cat around. So after I start getting exhausted because I can't finish, everyone starts to leave, one of the walls light up like a projector and the projector says "1 days 16 hours, 23 minutes"

I hear a meow again, and realized it was my cat and snapped out of the dream enough to realize my cat was in the living room meowing. I then realized my penis and balls hurt, a throbbing pain, and then I realized I had to pee, so I tried to wake up but couldn't move.

I tried to force it, and as soon as I forced it its like I was transported to another place, my closed eye vision was engulfed with impossible patterns doing impossible things. My heart started racing and the patterns just kept moving in impossible ways(squares surrounding eachother but moving fluid like a circle if that makes sense).

I ended up peeing myself just a teeny bit, and that's what jolted me awake. I went to the bathroom, laid back down, and was still getting closed eye vision. I was afraid to go back asleep so just sat in silence staring at the ceiling trying to comprehend what just happened.

Does anybody have any type of guidance for what I just experienced? Is this reproducible? Can I make it more positive? I have so many questions.
