Can't find kibble under $60-70 for a bulldog mix with allergies

Trying to avoid chicken and chicken meal, but the foods I do find are grain free which I heard causes heart issues. Royal canin and Hill's are completely out of my price range unfortunately because I'm looking for an affordable 30-40 lb bag. I'm having so much trouble finding a reputable kibble that is good for allergies and heart health. A lot of them have questionable ingredients
