Township is really stingy with 150 regatta tasks!!

I only do the 150 point regatta tasks and I’m a co-op of one. I clear the board every 1/2 hour when no 150 point tasks come up. Sometimes I have to clear the board 8 or 9 times before I get one. Does anyone else have this experience? Any ideas how to get more 150 point tasks?
