Freaking out. It’s going to happen. No trigger warning.

I’m freaking out. Usually I have a reason for feeling nauseous and feeling like I’m gonna throw up but I don’t this time and I feel it. I’m not even super nauseous. I just feel it in my nose and throat, I feel like I can smell it. It’s going to happen. I’m sitting at my desk with a bag. I’m freaking out. If it happens I will be so in shock I’m sure I won’t be able to move and make it to the bathroom. Idk what it could be from. It being so sudden makes me think it’s the stomach bug. Why. I have a wedding to attend in 3 days as the best man. I can’t. I can’t do this, I hope I’m not gonna get sick. I need to be okay.
