[Boros Soldiers] Looking for feedback for a multi-commander deck

Could I get feedback on a multi-commander Boros deck? link ~$100, tags are on

It's just a basic soldier tokens list with a few commander options:
weak pod <- [[Tori]] - [[Baird]] - [[Karlach]] - [[Winota]] -> strong pod

I just want something I can play and be used to and adjust power level with just the commander. I think they're is a huge difference between piloting it as Tori or Baird vs Karlach with [[inspiring leader]]. And then if I'm against korvold, chulane, kaalia, edgar, yuriko, animar pods, or anything in that power level, I thought I might be able to keep up using the same deck by piloting it as Winota.

There are still some shocklands because this used to be my [[Darien, king of kjeldor]] brew.
