Why do I feel like garbage

Me (M) and my gf broke up three weeks ago. And I have been fine with it until today. I don’t know why but I just feel empty and numb.

I have been getting teary eyed all day and I don’t know why.

I just feel so bad. I know in the relationship I was the problem.

All day I have been asking into the void for her to forgive me.

But I don’t know why I have been feeling like this now. I just feel so empty.
