Red Triangle Errors on Xbox, Please help!!!

Been playing through FNV and F3 recently, shortly after completing Honest hearts I was patrolling the Mojave. I noticed all my honest hearts gear turned into errors (except the desert ranger gear) and then briefly after my game crashed, and I haven’t been able to launch it even after reinstalling. Was playing through the pitt and after going through a door my game crashed, I relaunched the game and everything seemed fine except a long stutter. I went through another door all assets that weren’t vanilla F3 became error triangles, game crashed and i cant launch again. What do I do?!??

(both events happened within the same couple of weeks)
