Any other social backgrounds that could apply for this priest?

Does anyone here know a decent bit of FR deity lore? I want to make an acolyte of Selune who goes on to become a Cleric, but I want him to fit into a social background that the Moonmaiden typically chooses Clerics from.
All I’ve found online is that her Clerics are usually magical women, navigators, or good lycanthropes, but there have to be more groups she pulls from, right? I especially want to figure this out because A. my character is male, B. he doesn't live anywhere close to major nautical avenues on the Faerunian map (Silverymoon), and C. while I would LOVE to play a werebear Cleric, I don't think the DM would allow it.
Any other walks of life that fit?
