Misdelivered Walmart Package

So I got this package delivered without an address (the name I blacked out was prior homeowner who I bought the house from 4+ years ago.) From what I've found online, this is how Walmart delivers items? It just had the sticker and no address on this rather large item (it's a kerosene heater) and I'm wondering what to do with it. If I bring it to Walmart, will they refund him or give me a store credit? The box is large and heavy, so would be kind of a huge hassle to lug it to Walmart. Should I just try to sell on marketplace or something? I have no need for it and do not have a way to contact the prior owner who from what I recall moved out of the area completely. it does seem weird to me that he would buy something like this (that is not cheap) and not be certain his address is updated)
