Does smart hub help with connecting to live feed?

I have 5 cameras and 4 of them usually connect to live feed without problems (most of the time) however I have an indoor essential gen 2 that only wants to connect about half of the time. The WiFi strength is good where it is located so I’m not sure why this camera is having problems. Would a smart hub connect me to the live feeds more consistently? Or is something wrong with my camera.
