Talk to her again or forget her?

I have been working in Japan for 6 months now, and during this time I met a girl. She is quite open and knows English well. Usually I try to talk to her in Japanese and English. Initially we had been going to cafe dates and we matched well. Eventually I asked her to become my girlfriend and she said yes. We even traveled to other cities where we stayed for the night. While she is very smart and works at a prestigious company, she seemed immature in other ways with her hobbies taking priority to do them instead of prioritizing meeting with me. The strange part is that she does show affection and attention, but lately telling me to plan dates 3 weeks in the future because she has hobbies planned on the weekend so that's really the only thing I found strange. At this point it has been 2 months into the relationship. I usually take it slowly so nothing more than hugging and kissing so far. Everything seemed to be going well and growing closer. However during this time at work, things were deteriorating and I was not happy with my workplace. It's a japanese company with long working hours at the office. So I was thinking about moving back to my home country in Europe for better work situation. So I told her about this and asked if she wanted to move to my country together. And out of nowhere, she immediately said she wants to break up with me. I was shocked and didn't expect it all. It didn't matter what I said after she apparently had decided. This is what she said: "Our thoughts don't match and I have many hobbies that I want to do. And I don't want to live outside Japan." While she is saying this, I think she may have other reasons to break up with me that i'm not aware of. So I said that I can find another job in Japan to stay with her. She insisted on breaking up.

From then it has been silent in the chat for 2 months.

Now here comes the plot twist. After the breakup I had been working on myself and going to job interviews, and this week I got a really good job offer at a company.

I plan to accept the job and continue living in Japan with much better conditions and salary.

So I was wondering, should I contact her again to tell her about this, that I have a good job and plan to continue living in Japan or keep the silence and never talk to her again?
