Internal Transfer to CAS!!

I’m a student in another college at Cornell and I am considering internally transferring to CAS when I finish my first year.

Since there are much coursework in my own major, I don’t think I can take any courses from CAS in my first year.

Do you think the admissions office at CAS would consider this as a reason for declining my application?
