Should I use gold ticket to limit break 3 Red Hood?

I got lucky and was pull 3 Red Hoods but now I'm wondering if I should get her last limit break. Currently I have no LB 3 characters and currently at chapter 13 so I'm not stuck at the lvl 160 wall quite yet. With Smol White, I could end the event with 2 LB 3 nikkes(3 if I get 1 last Blanc dup).
