Latin Mass for a non-Catholic newbie

Hi. I was baptized Catholic but raised Lutheran and an atheist for my entire adult life until last year when I returned to Christianity. I currently consider myself non-denominational until I’m ready to pick one. I don’t want to choose a denomination based on how I was baptized or raised. I want to objectively seek what I consider to be the best (or wherever God calls me). I attend various different churches locally. But most of the time I attend Catholic mass. I would like to attend a Latin mass. I’ve heard great things. And I found a chapel that does them and will have one tomorrow night.

Is there anything I need to know beforehand?

Do I need to dress nicer than usual? I don’t know if I have nice clothes available right now. Will it be weird if I show up in shorts and a sweatshirt? Should I hold off until I can show up in nicer clothes?

I have bad knees. Is kneeling required? Will people think I’m a jerk if I don’t?

Anything else I need to know? Thanks. And happy All Saints’ Day.
