bf M21 brokeup with me F21 because he thinks i purposely hid cheese to mess with him

Boyfriend just left and broke up with me. He lost some cheese we got at a farmers market and accused me of purposely hiding it. He has accused me of “messing with him” many times but this time was both of our last straws. The cheese was lost for a couple days. He believed i was hiding it and knew where it was. Finally today after we had a conversation about it, I went to check the car myself before i WAS going to get food, I open the back car door and boom, its there. I sent him a photo of it and he comes outside to my car angry and says hes done with me. He thinks i put the cheese there purposely and sent him a picture. The amount of frustration i am experiencing is overwhelming. Im so numb. He left and took everything. I really can’t believe this but i worry for his mental health. I know one day he will realize. But this was it for me. It hurts so bad.
