How do I contact my dermatology consultant?

I need to contact my dermatology consultant but she only works at my hospital on Wednesdays and when I've tried to contact her I got the response saying no dermatology staff were available to even get me through to her on Wednesdays so then I'd have to wait a week but then a week goes by and Wednesday being my busiest day it slips my mind to call her at the correct time and I have to wait a week.

Any suggestions on how I can contact her outside of the Wednesday afternoon window?
