Kpop concert resale tickets in Korea

Hello! I’m trying to buy resale tickets through a korean account on twitter! I understand that they need my account information on the ticket site to get the tickets but they also asked for a company name? I’m assuming its a company that will do the transaction of tickets for us but I’m not too sure. Any help or explanation will be greatly appreciated!
