Gelato course North America 🍨🍦

Is there a Gelato course I can take in North America? I mean artisanal gelato from an expert with expansive experience. I am thinking of either opening a small business or teaching classes. Very proud of the ice cream I was able to craft at home, however, no lock with gelato. All the books I have had didn't help me get the right product.

Any idea would be appreciated.
