Need help estimating construction cost in Brooklyn NY

To all my home builders that have built in Brooklyn. If finding it a bit difficult to find out construction cost for a three family mid grade house. I have plan to acquire a 20x100 lot in the Bushwick area and trying to figure out how much will it cost be to build. Mid grade is okay with me. Please if any insight from anybody will be greatly appreciated.
