Pro photo editing build

**What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be

I am a professional photographer and I will be using the PC for uploading, editing and storing my images for print sales. I want redundant backup on at least 2ssd internal 1 ssd external and I one standard drive. I work with windows, office, Adobe creative cloud with particular emphasis on lightroom, photoshop and after effects. I use chrome and often need multiple windows open. Chrome and lightroom are particularly ram hogs in my current Dell laptop, lacacie ssd external and WD standard external. On the internal drive I only store program executables.

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

2500 bit there is some room

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.

As soon as possible

What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc)

Tower, hard drives. I am not sure about OS

Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?

USA North Carolina. Microcenter is coming to Charlotte early 2024

If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.

I have an LG 4k monitor. I would consider adding a second to have monitor capable of more precise color gamut

Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?

Do not believe so

Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)

I am looking for just short of a RAID setup. I currently have a lacie ssd and WD stabsaed HD as external drives. The SSD is my primary working drive where I store my lightroom library Catalog, and imported photos. This is for active edits and short/mid term storage. I use the WD for business items, final jpg files for uploading to my online site. The WD is also long term storage. I have e read the putting the lightroom catalogue on the mainhard drive or an internal ssd may increase speed.

I have a thunderbolt 3 dock. I have, MX mouse/keyboard, the external drives, a louoedeck and Wacom tablet.

Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?

Black Tower, smaller the better.

Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?

I have windows 11. Is this one license per PC or are there multiple licenses that I could use for the new build.

Need solid RAM and a GPU. Lightroom will use the gpu chip if it feels there is too much load on the main cpu. I have close to 10k pictures on external drives.
