Your experience as an Adult Fan of Lego

Question

Hello fellow AFOLs, I'm a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University studying experience innovation. As a part of my final project for this course, I am supposed to redesign an existing experience such that it improves upon the current state of the experience based on user needs.

Having played with Lego for the past 19ish years cycling through Lego City, Creator and Technic, I wish to instead focus on the Lego experience of adults and identify areas where improvements could be made.

While Lego has been heavily churning out sets that cater to adult audiences, I wanted to know how you current experience with Lego has been as an adult, and areas where you feel your experience is lacking and improvements are needed.

This could be anything and everything related to online purchases on the Lego website, buying Lego at stores, the Pick a Brick wall, Lego Serious Play and even your experience at Legoland. It would be awesome if you could take out a few minutes and help me out with this information.

Thank you so much! Cheers!
