[TOMT][Book] Funny book for boys from the early 2000s.

I don't really remember the content of the book. But the book had small childish doodles and words on every page around the text. I remember it looked as if you had given a young boy a book and he doodled on every page - which I loved as a young boy at the time. The whole book had that kind of edgy cool boy energy. Like parents stink and we love doing pranks on our sisters kind of stuff - both in the content of the stories and in the doodles. I'm not sure if it was 1 story or a collection of short stories. I believe the cover was some kind of messed up fish. I remember it had grills or vents and other metal things attached to it. So some kind of funny gross biomechanial fish drawing. And lastly all the doodles in all the corners on every page made an animated flip book when you flipped through the corners.
