Is this breach of confidentiality?

So I’m supposedly getting let go. (I’m a male manager and driver) So there’s a rumor going around at my store that I hooked up with an insider which I did not. And during this whole thing I was not informed of anything and I actually found out bc my gm had a meeting with my gf aka the mother to my kid too without letting me know any information.

Now my gm told her that they are working on letting me go bc of this But not the chick who started to rumor she’s not getting touched and gets to keep her job During that meeting they told my gf(btw she also works there) that they are “working on letting me go and that until they do they are going to make my life living hell and to make sure I hit rock bottom” that was said by my GM.

This rumor is also said about another manager that works here too and he’s not being touched either.

Now my DM is telling my GM to force me put my two weeks in.

All of this is being told to everyone around the store except for me
