This needs to be brought up. IMO, unless you are 85 years old, have ALS or are going to be homeless in 30-60 days, you dont need to dick up the HLR/DTA system up when there are folks waiting a year or longer. Utilize state programs if you cant pay your electric bill or fill your oil tank. Theres some of you posting screenshots with Tesla apps open on your phones which either means you own a vehicle or have solar with powerwalls. Give me a break. Priority processing my butthole.
