Lagging only when I queue with people

So a while ago I used to be able to play siege with people completely fine with maybe a ping spike here or there but that's relatively normal. But then out of no where I started lagging like crazy, like constant packet loss and jittering, this would happen regardless of me playing with or without people. I quit playing for a while because it was genuinely impossible to play because people would just teleport around and most of the time I would just lag out of my games. Recently I started playing again and everything would work fine but I just played with my friends for the first time since I started again and the lag is back. Not so bad I'm being disconnected but my game will freeze for a like 2-3 seconds every once in a while but I'm getting constant packet loss and jittering which makes it very difficult to play. Whether or not I host the party or my friend hosts the party I lag. This issue only happens when I play siege and other games work fine. They also say it causes my discord to lag which again, no other games do. Is there anyway for me to fix this??
