Defined to Flat in hours

I’ve been working on my curls for a few years now and finally found products and a routine that gives me great curls post wash and diffusing. I use curlsmith products - start with the co-wash, then a tiny bit of leave-in condish, their in shower flexi gel, and bowl method (5 dips). Then I plop, scrunch out water, and use about a quarter sized amount of curlsmith soufflé gel. Apply a bit of foam to the top bits for extra hold, and diffuse, a few min for a cast, then getting in there to really dry it. Finally break the cast with a smidge of oil and some hairspray to lock it in. When I’m done, the definition is amazing, but a few hours later all of the curls have fallen and I’m back to waves. Any suggestions for keeping longer lasting curls?
