Looking for recommendation to get away from smok

I'm a MTL vaper who typically enjoys vaping 10mg salt nic with a .8 coil at about 6-7 watts.

I've been using the Nord system but the quality of their coils is really bad lately. I just had a pack where I couldn't even get a day from 1 coil. I used to be able to get almost a week from these.

Looking for something discreet and similar in size to the Nord smok 2.

Has anyone had better luck with other vapes?
