Why does Mefilas have 2 pairs of palms and why should all the mefilas designs have it?

I genuinely think my fav mefilas design is the one where he has 2 set of palms on 1 hand. That design choice needs to make it into newer Mefilas designs if there are any new ones Tsupro plans to make
