How long can I take wormwood in your experience

How long can I take wormwood for I took it for 4 weeks stopped for a week and someone cake sick to the household coughing sneezing snot I dont know if I can take wormwood for like more than 4 weeks its says in the bottle to consult with a doctor if using longterm its the sweetwormwood version which doesnt contain toxic compound tujhone im scared of getting into a worse longhaul or this being a dangerous suspected reinfection im 3 days in into this infeccion whatever it is I dont know if its a bad cold or covid I had mild irritated dry throat head pressure worsened muffled ears insomia episodes ik 14 months into longhaul its the worst one Ive experienced tinnitus visual snow,neuro floaters,afterimages flashes trouble seeing in the dark very zombified poisoned feeling dimmed vision loss of color contrast people sound muffled and like robots and their faces sometimes look like they have 4 eyes wierd patterns of light when I close my eyes and me having seen light red tint around a green tree when daylight so far ive taken reservatrol niacin flush activated charcoal Lysine,d3/k2 pqq pine bark vit c im scared of ending back in Er again people dont alcare to isolate when sick and sneeze without covering
