Sore nipples & breasts look bigger

Hey everyone! i’ve been on nexplanon for just coming up on three months & i’ve noticed that my breasts look enlarged & my nipples hurt when i squeeze them, i did have unprotected sex a few weeks ago so i’m not sure what’s going on, any advice helps, thank you all 💓
